Each year, Touchstone Energy Cooperatives of Iowa highlights volunteers across the state who make a difference in their communities. Midland members nominated six such individuals!

Whether around the corner or around the world, Vicki Tronchetti is always ready to roll up her sleeves and lend a helping hand. When Illinois-based Midwest Mission began exploring opening a second location in Iowa to further its mission of providing domestic and global disaster relief, health, education, and micro-business opportunities, Vicki was at the forefront. 

Through her countless hours of volunteerism, recruiting additional volunteers, and securing donations, Vicki played a crucial role in convincing Midwest Mission to locate in Jefferson. Since then, Vicki has continued to support the organization, helping to open their new location, and enabling them to increase the number of lifesaving relief shipments.
