Midland Power and Corn Belt Power Cooperative recently closed on loans with the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital for their mental health and wellness center addition. Midland Power sponsored a REDL pass-through loan from USDA for $1,224,000 and Corn Belt Power Cooperative sponsored a REDG loan from USDA for $360,000.
